USC at Santa Pod is always on the top of the agenda for Street-Legal. Not really for the cars that are at the show, but the laugh we all have, in the normally nice hot and sunny weather and the chance for us all to get together and have a laugh.
As per usual some of us all headed of to Asda the night before to get the beers in and food for the weekend.
Friday was delayed a bit due to some members being at work for the morning, and the Zante lads being stuck as they were delayed at the airport.
We had new and old members with us for this show, Danny, Gem's friend came and helped us all at the unit, having never met him before, so thank you for the help, and Zak and Chloe also came for the weekend too, whom are also newbies.
Was great to have old members there too like Bill, who very kindly cooked all the food for us for the weekend!

We all got together Friday night and got the marquee up, not our favourite job but one that has to be done, without the help of Adam who normally knows where every pole goes! Ed was on the decks providing us all with some great tunes, and Dan Ward had provided us with some nice Cobra seats to sit on too!
Saturday started off a bit of a rainy day, and I think there was a lot of hang overs floating around the place too! But once the rain passed and everbody finally got there, Jimmy in his Corsa and Kloobey in his new Civic too joined the stand. Saturday was a great day, the weather was great, and everybody was having fun. We all got a bit carried away, probably not as much as me, with the freebies on offer from Pot Noodle and Yazoo, and stacked them all away in the marquee for later!

The show itself in my eyes wasn’t really a great show car wise, it was a bit of a chav fest, but then its always a really good and fun show, and to be fair, any excuse for us all to get together and have a laugh.
Again Saturday was quality, and as to be expected the lads all got drunk again. Ed had quite a following too from loads of people dancing round the marquee, and loads of people wanting to MC. The dance tent was packed with pissed up people raving the night away and if truth be told, not many of us can remember too much of it.
Sunday morning again was rather cloudy and we had a bit of rain, but it cleared up and Steve and Jimmy decided at rather last minute to take there cars into the show and shine, and they both cleared up to say the least. Steve won Best Track Car, and Jimmy won Best Car of Show, so well done to you both and again more great recognition for SL as a whole!
